The story began with our roots in 1939 with the creation of FIDUCIAIRE KARTHEISER, as a sole proprietorship, by René Kartheiser. What has become, over the years and thanks to mergers, the Fiduciary Benoy Kartheiser known as FBK and making us the oldest chartered accountant fiduciary in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
René Kartheiser’s sons, Fernand and John, together with François Thill and Robert Elvinger, founded the civil society of accounting and tax expertise "FIDUCIAIRE FERNAND KARTHEISER & CIE" in 1981, taking over the activities of the fiduciary Kartheiser.
FIDUCIAIRE BENOY was founded on 19 January 1987 as a sole proprietorship and is a member of the order of Certified accountant experts (Ordre des Experts-Comptables) and the Institute of Company Auditors (Institut des Réviseurs d'Entreprises).
In 1990, « KARTHEISER MANAGEMENT Sàrl and BENOY CONSULTING Sàrl » responsible for the creation and domiciliation of companies.
Since 1 July 2001 Fiduciaire Benoy and Benoy Consulting have been merged into a company with shared capital called FIDUCIARY BENOY CONSULTING Sàrl.
On 03 January 2002, Fiduciaire Benoy Consulting Sàrl and Fiduciaire Fernand Kartheiser & Cie Sc set up a joint secretarial and social consultancy company called PAYROLL Sàrl, which is in charge of daily payroll services.
January 1st 2008: Merger of Fiduciaire Benoy Consulting Sàrl and Fernand Kartheiser & Cie Sc into FIDUCIAIRE BENOY KARTHEISER SC.
While keeping the company PAYROLL Sàrl and renaming the company Kartheiser Management Sàrl into BENOY KARTHEISER MANAGEMENT SARL.
